Searchmetrics, the pioneer and worldwide leader in SEO, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager (remote Denver, CO). This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the leading search and social analytics software solutions provider to enterprise organizations, partner agencies, and the SME marketplace. This professional will report to our Denver, CO-based Head of Account Management. This is a remote/work from home role out of the Denver area. Other remote-based talent will be considered.
The Account Manager is responsible for developing Searchmetrics’ existing client base and for fostering long-term relationships, securing renewals, and turning accounts into long-term strategic partners.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients
• Develop plans to partner with clients and execute against our business objectives
• Ensure clients have a best-in-class experience with Searchmetrics’ portfolio of products
• Evangelize the Searchmetrics Suite and services offerings; offer updates and release information to customers
• Identify and close additional revenue opportunities within our existing account base
• Become a trusted advisor to clients
• Advocate for clients internally; provide insight and feedback to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Consulting teams on the needs of our clients
• Track client adoption of new features and report key customer successes
• Negotiate contracts
