As Lead Glabal Talent Acquisition at Searchmetrics you will have impact as an expert lead, hiring senior talent in tech, sales & services, marketing and corporate functions to build. Besides your hands-on end-to-end recruiting, you will work as a talent advisor and crucial key partner to the functional business leaders and hiring managers, developing strategies to approach, engage, and hire the best talent available.

Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Searchmetrics you will 

  • Lead and a develop the global recruitment function (2-3 direct reports)
  • Hire hands-on for senior-level positions as well as complex searches and support your team where needed
  • Innovate our hiring processes with focus on quality, speed, automation and candidate experience
  • Set meaningful reporting in our HRIS and advise on actions to improve our hiring processes based on data
  • Ensure first class candidate experience by building transparent, smooth and fun hiring processes
  • Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving and managing unique candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented and diverse teams
  • Set delivery metrics and KPI’s on hiring numbers, quality of hires, candidate experience and stakeholder perceptions
  • Design hiring processes along our people model that asses required competencies of the given role and help hiring managers make the best hires possible
  • Build trusted relationships and coach hiring managers in behavioral interviewing and decision making to foster high quality interviews
  • Execute against our Diversity roadmap to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce

Our requirements

About you

  • You successfully completed a Bachelors / Masters course
  • You are an experienced TA manager with min. 2 years of management experience
  • You worked at a start-up, scale-up or at a recruiting agency
  • You are a relationship builder, intellectually curious and you can articulate with influence
  • You have strong analytical, forward thinking and problem solving skills
  • You are collaborative, target driven and action oriented, with strong attention to detail
  • You have strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • You speak fluent English and German
