Searchmetrics, the pioneer and worldwide leader in SEO, is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is motivated to generate and develop new business prospects across the Americas and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales development leader to join the leading search and social analytics software solutions provider to enterprise organizations, partner agencies, and the SME marketplace. This is an office-based role in San Mateo, CA.


Responsibilities

  • Generate net new business opportunities to build our sales pipeline
  • Outbound prospecting into Fortune 500 companies via cold-calls, email, LinkedIn campaigns and other methods
  • Work very closely with our Account Executives to create prospecting strategies that drive net-new business generation
  • Data management and hygiene via our existing CRM solution
  • Create and manage your own revenue pipeline
  • Be innovative in creating new processes and in refining existing processes

    Our requirements

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • 3 years demonstrated inside sales or SDR experience OR recent graduate with a demonstrated aptitude and tenacity required of our SDRs
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent post-secondary experience required
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite required
    • Must have strong inside sales DNA
    • Prior experience in a SAAS marketing tech sales environment highly preferred
