As TA Manager at Searchmetrics you will 

  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for Marketing, Admin, Sales & Services roles with a strong focus on candidate experience
  • Design hiring processes along our people model that asses required competencies of the given role in order to make the best hires possible
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and coach them in behavioral interviewing to foster high quality interviews 
  • Improve our hiring process based on data, best practises and market trends
  • Automate recurring tasks in the hiring process to turn redundant tasks into productive time 
  • Build pipeline through sourcing and multi-channel-targeting with focus on quality, not quantity 
  • Write job descriptions that attract the right talent and publish them in relevant channels
  • Execute against our Diversity roadmap to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Document your activities in our HRIS (Recruitee) to ensure transparency throughout the entire hiring process

Our requirements

About you

  • You successfully completed a Bachelors / Masters course
  • You worked at a start-up, scale-up or at a recruiting agency
  • You got your hands dirty with direct search as well as interviewing 
  • You are familiar and trained in behavioral interviewing
  • You successfully improved hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers
  • You are able to use data to support your ideas and process optimisation
  • You are always ahead of several priorities/positions at a time across departments
  • You understand and speak marketing as well as sales
  • You are disziplined to document information and your activities so everyone around you is well informed about what's going on without asking
  • You speak fluent English and German
