Sales Development Representative - U.S. market (m/f/x)

Your tasks

You will be based in Berlin and work for the U.S. market, primarily on the east coast. Your office hours will therefore be 2 pm to 10 pm Monday - Friday. Your responsibilities include:

  • Client acquisition by phone to grow sales pipeline
  • Support our Account Executives with planning of off/onsite meetings and completion of online product demonstrations with prospects
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management and professional services teams to run campaigns and drive revenue
  • Understand client needs and qualify prospects through the CHAMP-model
  • Manage data hygiene and track prospect information in our CRM
  • Establishing and maintain your own distribution channels

Our requirements

  • You have experience in sales and/or customer acquisition roles
  • You have a confident appearance, persuasiveness, and determination to create value for the company
  • You are proficient with MS-Office and CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce, Sugar CRM, Hubspot)
  • You are driven to reach your goals
  • You have business fluent oral and written English skills and abilities; native English is highly preferred
